GippsTAFE’s Wattleseed Training Restaurant is located at 9-11 Mason Street, Warragul.
The Wattleseed Restaurant is where GippsTAFE’s Warragul Campus Hospitality students develop practical skills, with students studying Certificate II and III in Hospitality (Operations).
GippsTAFE’s Warragul Campus also offers short courses for the Hospitality Industry and local people.
The Wattleseed Restaurant is open to the general public for Wednesday lunches and Thursday dinners throughout the academic year, with a choice of two to three course meals. Tuesday Lunches will be available from August - dates available on request.

The Waratah Training Restaurant is situated overlooking the lake in the Morwell Civic gardens. Meals range from casual “bistro” style lunches on Thursdays and Fridays to a more formal “fine dining” style dinner on Thursday evenings and is open throughout the academic year.
The Waratah Restaurant is where GippsTAFE’s Morwell Campus Hospitality students develop practical skills, with students studying Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations), Certificate Ii in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or Certificate IV in Hospitality (Food and Beverage Service).
The Waratah also provides training for VET (Vocational Education and Training) in Schools Program.
Students also compete on various competitions and demonstrations during the year, including the Victorian Les Toques Blanches Awards for excellence and the International Fine Foods Festival held in Melbourne.

Jack’s Training Restaurant
Location: Leongatha Bowling Club

Jack's Training Restaurant is located at the Leongatha Bowling Club, situated on Hughes Street. Jack's is the location where students studying VET (Vocational Education and Training) in Schools develop their practical skills in food preparation, presentation and service.
The restaurant offers the public a unique dining experience whilst open between June and October for both lunches and dinners. There is a table d' hote menu and the choice of two or three courses.
The hospitality department in Leongatha also offers short courses to the public, including training in Food Handling and Responsible Service of Alcohol.
