The Wattleseed Restaurant is where GippsTAFE's Warragul Campus Hospitality students develop practical skills, with students studying Certificate II, III and IV in Hospitality (Operations).

The Wattleseed Restaurant is open to the general public for Wednesday lunches and Thursday dinners from May until October, with a choice of two to three course meals.
