Jack's Training Restaurant is located at the Leongatha Bowling Club, situated on Hughes Street. Jack's is the location where students and apprentice chefs develop their practical skills in food preparation, presentation and service.

The restaurant offers the public a unique dining experience whilst open between July and September for bistro style lunches on Wednesdays as well as more formal lunches and dinners on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There is a table d'hote menu with the choice of two or three course meals.

The hospitality department in Leongatha also offers short courses to the public, including training in Food Handling and Responsible Service of Alcohol.
