The campuses of GippsTAFE are located throughout scenic Gippsland, at Leongatha, Warragul, Yallourn and Morwell. GippsTAFE also has a metropolitan campus, the Energy Training Centre, located at Chadstone.

In addition to the five campuses, GippsTAFE also offers training at the Gippsland Education Precinct, GETT Centre and Youth Development Unit.
