  1. Course cancelled by Institute:
    FULL REFUND

  2. ACCREDITED (GOVERNMENT FUNDED) COURSES:
    Withdrawal before starting date OR within the first 4 weeks of the course
    FULL REFUND LESS PROCESSING FEE ($40)

    • After the first 4 weeks:
      NO REFUND

    • If taking a place at another educational institution within the first 4 weeks, a full refund will be granted. After this time, the refund payment will be pro-rata. (Proof required).
  3. FEE FOR SERVICE PROGRAMS, including skills development courses:

    • Withdrawal MORE than 10 working days prior to the commencement of the program:
      80% OF FEES REFUNDED

    • Withdrawal LESS than 10 working days prior to the commencement of the program:
      20% OF FEES REFUNDED

    • Withdrawal once the program has commenced:
      NO REFUND
PLEASE NOTE:
All refunds are subject to the student/learner having no outstanding commitments with the Institute including outstanding Library, Department, Equipment or Student Loans.
