Course Overview
Want to work in a people-oriented industry where you'll have the opportunity to build an interesting and varied career?Hospitality workers are found in many different environments from local cafes and bars to fine dining restaurants, resorts, hotels and casinos. The work may take place behind the scenes preparing food, or front of house, interacting directly with customers.
In this course, you'll get a hands-on introduction to the hospitality industry. You'll learn about serving beverages, processing transactions and operating a bar.
Serving real customers in our training restaurants enables you to perfect your skills in an authentic workplace environment. You'll enhance your employability and be ready to start paid work with confidence.
You may enrol in individual units.
