Course Overview

Hospitality is a people-oriented industry where you'll have the opportunity to build an interesting and varied career in diverse workplaces from small cafes to five star resorts.

In this course, you'll gain the practical skills needed to work in a commercial kitchen. You'll learn food preparation and presentation as well as some basic cooking methods.

Serving real customers in our training restaurants enables you to perfect your skills in an authentic workplace environment. You'll enhance your employability and be able to join the hospitality industry with confidence.

Qualifications And Recognition

Upon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations).
