Course Overview

Are you looking for a career in hospitality or casual work while you study? This course will provide you with the skills required to seek employment as a waiter. You will learn how to correctly set tables, open wine, take orders, and identify cutlery and crockery.

Entry Requirements

There are no prerequisites for this course, however, participants need to provide their own apron and enclosed leather shoes. It is also requested that students wear attire appropriate to occupational health and safety conditions in a kitchen or restaurant when attending class.
