If you hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104)

  1. A certified copy of Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training BSZ98 Qualification
  2. A Statement of Results
  3. Evidence of having completed TAADEL402B: Facilitate group-based learning (an elective unit in Cert. IV TAA).
  4. A current Position Description
  5. A testimonial from your manager verifying your current employment status and your vocational competence

If you hold a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (BSZ40198)

  1. A certified copy of Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training BSZ98 Qualification
  2. A Statement of Results
  3. A current resume
  4. A current Position Description
  5. A testimonial from your manager verifying your current employment status and your vocational competence
  6. Evidence of coaching an individual and applying the relevant techniques for individual facilitation
  7. Evidence of developing a plan for an RPL assessment and using that plan to assess an individual using the RPL process
  8. Evidence of participation in assessment validation
  9. Evidence of facilitating learning in the workplace e.g. trainees
