Course OverviewThis course is designed to reflect the job role of contract bookkeepers or employees performing book keeping tasks for organisations in a range of Industries.
Students will gain skills in computer application, particularly in the use of MYOB Accounting software, and in the development if bookkeeping management systems for organisations and general admissions. Students additionally develop knowledge in preparing financial reports and records such as BAS statements, for a range of different business types.
Persons providing a BAS service must be registered by the Tax Practitioners Board and this qualification is currently cited as meeting the educational requirements for registration. Qualifications And RecognitionUpon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Certificate IV in Bookkeeping.
