Course Overview

This course is designed for people carrying out fault location and repair within the carrier’s network. It is aimed at people who have advanced jointing experience within the network. The course consists of:

• Identification of various common faults
• Selection of the correct equipment
• The importance of fault recording

Assessment

Assessment is competency-based for each unit. It includes:

• Practical assessment (observation/demonstration) in a simulated environment
