Course Overview

The Advanced Diploma of Management will be of particular interest to those aspiring to senior managerialroles in a large organisation and those who have a leadership role in smaller organisations.

The course will focus on the management of teams, departments and projects – the skills essential to be a successful manager. The program recognises that senior management and leadership are all about performance and change.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have senior or managerial responsibilities. They may oversee the work of others or have specialised roles where they do not supervise others but provide strategic leadership.
