Course Overview

This course will teach you to recognise plants commonly encountered in horticulture and land management situations. It will also provide you the knowledge to recommend plants for particular situations.

Course structure

In this course you will learn about:

  • Plant identification techniques
  • Plant nomenclature
  • Enterprise procedures for obtaining and supplying advice and information about plants
  • Preparation of plants for further recognition process
  • Plants cultural needs.
