With growing demand from tourists, it is becoming increasingly necessary for caravan parks to improve the skills of their staff and better respond to customer needs. This course will develop your management and supervisory skills and provide you with knowledge about creating the ideal holiday environment. You will learn about reception services, conflict resolution and communication.
You are also able to select 14 units of your choice (called electives) so you can tailor the course around your own business activities. You are also able to enrol in modules from the course to enhance your skills, or can enrol in units to increase your opportunities to obtain employment.
For people seeking to work in the caravan industry, and is designed to reflect the role of caravan park employees who operate with significant autonomy and responsibility.
