Course Overview

Like working with holiday makers and other travellers? A career in caravan park operations can offer a healthy outdoor lifestyle as well as the opportunity to be a part of the vibrant tourism industry. With growing demand from tourists, it is becoming increasingly necessary for caravan parks to improve the skills of their staff and better respond to customer needs.

This course will develop your skills in caravan park operations and provide you with knowledge about creating the ideal holiday environment. Once you've completed the course, you could go on to develop your skills further by gaining additional qualifications.

Qualifications And Recognition

Upon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Certificate III in Holiday Parks and Resorts.

Assessment includes practical demonstrations, problem solving, documents/folio, critical incident reports, journals, oral presentations, interviews, case studies, projects, group discussions, examinations and the collection of specimens.
