Course Overview
Welding is a handy skill that can be used by weekend handymen and trade professionals alike. This course will provide you with the skills and knowledge to use electric arc welding processes.
Course structureIn this course you will learn about:
- Manual metal arc welding (MMAW)
- Gas metal arc welding (GMAW)
- Oxy-acetylene welding (OAW)
- Oxy-acetylene cutting process
This course is designed for people with little or no prior knowledge of welding using the electric arc welding processes.
Qualifications And Recognition
Upon completion of this course, students will be issued with a Statement of Attainment.Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
