This course is designed as a pathway into further study or into a leadership role in the workplace and is suitable for qualfiied tradespeople who want to expand their skills and knowledge in the manufacturing, engineering or related industries.  People who undertake this qualficiation seek employment as leading hands or supervisors in the engineering trade.
