This course will further develop and enhance your business abilities in administration. Whether you want to seek more challenging roles, or run your own business one day, this course will provide you with the skills to help you on your way and achieve business success.

This nationally accredited qualification reflects the role of individuals who use well developed skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of contexts. They apply solutions to a range of defined and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others.

Entry Requirements

Certificate III Business or other relevant qualification/s, or vocational experience assisting in a range of environments providing administrative or operational support to individuals and/or teams but without a formal business qualification.

Good computer and numeracy/literacy skills are important.

Opportunities For Further Study

After achieving this qualification candidates may undertake a range of Diploma level qualifications within the Business Services Training Package, or other Training Packages. By undertaking an additional 3 core units students are able to gain an accompanying qualification in Certificate IV in Frontline Management.
