Fees and Refunds
Courses have now been divided into the following categories. These categories will be used to set the fees applying to most courses commencing after 1 July 2009.

| Foundation | Foundation Level and pre-accredited |
| Skills Creation | Certificate I, II* and VCAL, VCE |
| Apprenticeships and Traineeships | Various |
| Skills Building | Certificate III and IV* |
| Skills Deepening | Diploma**, Advanced Diploma |
