Excellerate
GippsTAFE Excellerate is a new learning experience in further education. By recognising your existing skills and knowledge, the programs in this series allow you to achieve a nationally recognised qualification in an accelerated timeframe.
Each course is structured around a series of management topics and features work based projects, discussion forums and a Diagnostic Assessment of Prior Learning (RPL) which further recognises your experience!
Sessions will also provide participants with the opportunity to build business relationships as you network with like-minded professionals from across the region.
Excellerate courses are designed for people currently working as a Team Leader, Manager or similar role, or those who are aspiring to reach these positions.
The programs are delivered via a workshop forum on a timetable that includes some full days, some half days and in some cases, evenings. Each course varies, but most include 10-12 sessions over the course of the program.
Excellerate offers graduates the opportunity to enhance their skills for application in their existing roles or enable the participant to move into a new role with more responsibility.
