Phil has 18 years experience in an extensive range of management roles within GippsTAFE, and significant industry experience in the broader energy field, sports administration and also in the finance sector.
Phil has a Bachelor of Business, a Diploma in Frontline Management, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Management. He has a detailed exposure and understanding of all GippsTAFE commercial activity and major business relationships and client base of each GippsTAFE Campus.
Phil is focussed on delivering exceptional client service and understanding, with community, industry, schools and Government stakeholders being some of his major priorities. He is committed to relationship building with business partners.

Giselle brings over 15 years of experience in the education and training sector to her role. This experience includes management and leadership of a private Registered Training Organisation, AQTF compliance and project management.
Giselle is based at the GippsTAFE Academy (Traralgon). She has extensive experience in the area of client relationship management, event management, implementation of policies and procedures and business administration.
Current qualifications include Graduate Certificate in Leadership, Diploma of Frontline Management and units from Management Systems Auditing.

Maxine is based at the Yallourn Campus and brings over 19 years of experience in the education and training sector to her role. This experience includes the management of the GippsTAFE campus at Chadstone for five (5) years where she worked closely with the energy sector nationally to provide training solutions and increase commercial activity.
Maxine has extensive experience in the area of client relationship management and has represented GippsTAFE on numerous State and National industry committees associated with the energy and telecommunications sector.
Building solid, ongoing relationships with her clients, Maxine is focused on ensuring GippsTAFE will continue to be a training partner of choice into the future.
Current qualifications include Diploma in Business Management, Diploma in Sustainability (3 units) and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership for Educational Managers.

Ami has 6 years experience as a freelance consultant to business and education particularly as part of Leadership Development Programs. She has worked with professional service firms, clients in the banking, education and energy industries and local and state government bodies. She has worked with Executive level management through to Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory to facilitate change and build capacity in a range of organisations.
Ami holds a Bachelor of Fine Art, Certificate IV in Small Business Management, Certificate IV Training and Assessment, Certificate IV Career Development and is currently undertaking her Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MEI), where she won the excellence award for New Venture Leadership in 2007. She has presented workshops and presentations on her research and programs on the impact of creativity and innovation on industry to global conferences such as the Appreciative Inquiry Conference in Nepal 2009, and the Global Forum in Cleveland in 2009.
Currently on the panel for Wellington Shire’s Leadership Development Program, Ami has worked on and project managed bushfire recovery programs prior to her appointment as Business Consultant on behalf of Central Gippsland Institute of TAFE.

Vanessa has over 15 years experience with GippsTAFE. After teaching across a number of departments, Vanessa moved to the Innovation Department as a Flexible Learning Project Officer. Vanessa provided support, mentoring and advice to teaching departments and commercial clients to incorporate more flexible learning strategies into their delivery of programs to better meet the needs of their students and clients.
Currently Vanessa is managing all GippsTAFE’s International Business projects and a number of commercial clients with an e-learning focus. Her background enables her to focus on innovative learning solutions for the off-shore and e-learning clients.
Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Education degree and has successfully completed a Leadership Development Program for Education & Training Managers.

Brendon is based at the Energy Training Centre Chadstone Campus. Brendon has over 20 years industry experience in the Telecommunications industry, having held positions in Sales and Marketing for major Telco organisations, including Senior Account Director and Business Development Manager roles.
Brendon is very customer focussed and responsive to client requests. He is committed to developing and maintain customer relationships with GippsTAFE major utility stakeholders.

He has a firm understanding of both the Automotive and Construction industries and experience in automotive sales, forklift and boom lift operation, dogging and rigging.
Ashley spent a number of years working internationally in Canada and the United Kingdom before returning to the Latrobe Valley with his young family. His interest in and commitment to the advancement of regional business brings him to this role.
With a broad scope of experience across his working life, Ashley employs a strong knowledge base, client focus and creative approach to ensuring tailored training solutions for your business.
